I’ve encountered many issues with Bank of Ireland’s online services; specifically Business On Line.  The issues usually arise when a Java update has been installed.

This morning, we had a client who could had difficulty accessing the Business On Line website – the following message was displayed in Internet Explorer:


The site loaded fine with add-ons turned off and I narrowed the problem down to the Java plugin 🙂

A quick uninstall / reinstall of Java ( with all browsers closed ) fixed the issue.
