We recently migrated a customer who had some Panasonic KXUT 248’s as spares and wanted them added to their new 3CX system ( Working from home staff )

All worked fine but attended transfers would result in the phones rebooting and the call failing ( obviously )

The culprit was Support ‘Replaces’ header – this can be disabled under the Extension / Options tab – a reboot is not necessary but always helps.

A month on and we have no issues to report on disabling Support ‘Replaces’ header for these extensions.
